TMMi Professional certifies you in the world’s leading model for test process improvement. Two days covering the model end to end: its five maturity levels, the process areas and practices that define each one, and the formal and informal assessments used to measure where an organisation’s testing actually stands. The course runs on the latest TMMi Professional syllabus, released June 2026.
TMMi works in sequential delivery, in Agile and in DevOps, and the course covers how to apply it in each. It also covers the model’s link to artificial intelligence and quality engineering, so you can advise on where AI fits into a test process.
It’s for test managers, QA leads, test process improvers, consultants and Test Process Group members who need to move testing from ad-hoc effort to a measured, steadily improving capability. Expect a mix of lecture and a lot of practical exercise.
You leave able to assess test maturity objectively and turn the findings into improvement recommendations leadership will actually fund, positioning testing as a strategic capability rather than a cost centre. The certificate is also the knowledge prerequisite for becoming an accredited TMMi assessor or a Certified TMMi Test Process Improver. The official TMMi Professional exam is included and the course is HRD Corp claimable.
