How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, usually same day if your message lands before 4pm MYT. Urgent in-house quotes tend to come back within a couple of hours because our team picks those up directly.
How does HRD Corp claiming work?
Every public Q Lab course is HRD Corp claimable under the SBL-Khas scheme. You apply through your employer’s HRD Corp portal before the course starts; we provide the training provider code, course code, trainer TTT certificate and invoice. We’ll walk you through the submission if this is your first claim.
What’s the minimum group size for in-house?
Eight participants for most courses. Below that the public sessions are more cost-effective. Above twenty we run parallel sessions so nobody gets lost at the back of the room.
