2 days IREB HRD Corp claimable Exam included

RE@Agile Practitioner

Advanced agile requirements engineering for leads, coaches and senior BAs.

What you will learn.

RE@Agile Practitioner is the advanced certification for applying requirements engineering inside agile delivery at scale. Two days on the hard part. Multi-team, multi-product, compliance-heavy environments: requirements architecture across squads, traceability without waterfall overhead, and governance that still survives an audit.

It’s aimed at senior business analysts, product leads, agile coaches and requirements engineers responsible for keeping requirements coherent across more than one team.

You gain the judgement to scale agile requirements without the practice collapsing at the dependencies. The prerequisite is the CPRE Foundation certificate, or an accepted equivalent such as the RE@Agile Primer, a BCS Practitioner certificate in RE, or a Product Owner certificate. The official IREB exam is included and the course is HRD Corp claimable.

Who should attend

  • Agile coaches and Scrum masters working across multiple squads
  • Senior business analysts moving into requirements architecture
  • Product leads responsible for cross-team requirements coherence
  • Heads of delivery accountable for governance and audit posture in agile environments
  • Anyone holding RE@Agile foundation who has felt that toolkit start to creak at scale

What you can do straight away.

Architect a multi-squad requirements model that does not collapse at the dependencies
Set up traceability that survives a regulator audit without reintroducing waterfall gates
Design governance models that protect quality without throttling sprint cadence
Lead the conversations between agile teams and the rest of the engineering organisation
Coach other BAs and Scrum masters through the techniques you have learned
Pass the IREB RE@Agile Advanced examination on first attempt
