How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, usually same day if your message lands before 4pm MYT. Urgent in-house quotes tend to come back within a couple of hours because our team picks those up directly.
How does HRD Corp claiming work?
Every public Q Lab course is HRD Corp claimable. You apply through your employer’s HRD Corp portal before the course starts; we provide the training provider code, course code, trainer TTT certificate and invoice. We’ll walk you through the submission if this is your first claim.
